Just a quick one today – basically I just made these and am feeling a tad smug at how pretty they look and how yummy they are!
These are so easy to make and so good for you!
I worked out, including all the sweet fruit I put on top, 4 pancakes came to 370 calories – which for breakfast pancakes is nothing and I am STUFFED!!
What you need:
(makes these 3, plus the one that I ate on the way to the plate!)
Whatever topping you want
How to do it:
1. Mash banana and whisk in egg.
2. Fry in a pan as per usual (I put raspberries in the batter in the pan too – yum!)
