As humans, we are pretty much completely genetically predisposed to hate change. We start something, get settled and into a routine and the last thing we want is for anything to force us to change what we are doing and the path we are on.
Sometimes, however, things cannot be stopped. Changes happen and you have to roll with the punches and come out the other side for the better.
Yes, at the time it feels a little bit like you’ve been punched in the gut and the whole world is spinning out of control, but gradually you will adapt. As humans, we hate change, but as people, we have learnt to be stronger than our instincts expect us to be. We can surpass any obstacle. We may not like change, but change happens anyway. It’s how you react that matters.
I’m not going to go into details, I’m not going to ramble on about all the information because it just isn’t necessary and there are some things that I don’t need to share on here – I might at some point in the future, but for now, it isn’t necessary – but there has been a change in my plans this week. And today, I’m writing this from my bed in the UK, not my bed in France. Change happened. And I’m rolling with the punches.
I’m in the UK, at least for now.
So, looking on the positive side of things, expect many a festive post, a sparkly insta and multiple mince-pie-eating related tweets….See….Silver linings!

Apologies of being cryptic, but there are some things, only a few granted, but some things that I don’t want or need to share on here. It’s nothing too serious or dramatic, just personal. Hope you guys understand! 🙂
