With the wedding less than a month away I thought I would share What I Eat In A Week in the run up to the big day as part of my Pre-Wedding Health Kick!
I have been following a 1200 calorie food plan since February to help me feel healthier and make sure I feel confident and happy in my body for the big day. I aim for an average of 1200 calories a day but I do have days where I don’t feel like that is enough so I go over – and I don’t give myself a hard time over it – it’s just an aim but it has definitely made me feel different and feel better in my skin at such an important time.
