My star ratings are given based on several criteria:
- Quality
- Environment/Ambience (where appropriate)
- Comfort – seating/bedding (where appropriate)
- Variety (where appropriate)
- Value for money
- Friendly/Welcoming
- Overall Experience
Exceeds expectations for all the above criteria by far.
Very highly recommended.
Exceeds expectations for most of the above criteria.
Highly recommended.
Meets expectations for the above criteria.
Recommended.
Meets some of the expectations for the above criteria, however areas are below expectations.
Expectations for the above criteria are mostly or all not met.
Not recommended.
