9 MONTHS 💕👶🏼💕 A couple of weeks late,

9 MONTHS 💕👶🏼💕
A couple of weeks late, but we managed to get a 9 month photo with the milestone card (we missed 8 months cos we forgot to take one with the card!) 😂
Can’t believe our perfect baby girl has now been here with us longer than she was cooking!
She’s a proper little character now, with the cheekiest grin! 🐵
She’s got 4 teeth through and another 2 cutting as we speak, and she’s on the verge of properly crawling (she’s only managed to go about a yard so far but I reckon she’s gonna get in properly any day now and then she will be off!)🎊
She loves her food, and has really eclectic taste (curry is a big hit!)
She’s off on her first international trip in just a few days - Portugal with mummy, daddy, granny and grampa! ⛱️☀️⛵️
Sleep is still a challenge, but we love her so much that somehow we don’t mind the multiple night wakes as much as we should! 😴🥰

EASTER 🐣 Such a special week away for Easter -

EASTER 🐣
Such a special week away for Easter - back down in Cornwall with family - blustering beach walks, good food and some perfect weather - plus a few drinks and a couple of dips in the hot tub - couldn’t have asked for more!! 🥰

SEVEN MONTHS 💕👶🏼💕 This little monkey i

SEVEN MONTHS 💕👶🏼💕
This little monkey is seven months old!!!
She’s definitely developing a proper little character now - she loves her food, is super strong with her sitting now, and has two little front teeth! 🥰
I have no doubt she will be on the move sooner rather than later, as this last week she has finally rolled over both ways (she decided sitting was what she wanted to achieve first!) and now she’s even more of a wriggle pants! 💕

She loves her big brother Murphy so much 🐶 (scroll to the last pic for her smiling at him!) and her favourite days are Wednesdays when she has Hartbeeps with Harry (and @hakleyb) and Thursdays when she has her new baby class @moomusicwithkim with Charlie, Oscar and now Reuben too (along with @welshwendy84, @finethreadswithbecky & @emmacholtz!)👶🏼

She’a still a total boob monster 🤱🏼 (which we are both still enjoying and getting so much joy from!) but also loves her new foods - particularly raspberries in yogurt, sweet potato and avocado! 🥑

Can’t believe how fast you’re growing baby girl - we love you with all our hearts! 🥰💕👶🏼

Our perfect baby girl is 6 months old!! 👶🏼
6 months of the most wonderful cuddles and the best smiles! 🥰
This last month, Evie has found a new love and intrigue for her big brother Murphy, and smiles from ear to ear whenever she sees him! 🐶

She has also learned to sit by herself which is really exciting; still a little wobbly at times but very proud! 👶🏼

She’s definitely started teething, and munches on everything she can get her hands in to help those two little front teeth make their way through! 💕

6 months also marks 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding which I posted about the other day - beyond proud and really pleased to have made this milestone! 🤱🏼

Sleep has been a bit of a challenge this month; but we are hopefully getting somewhere with it now 🤞🏻

We love you, our growing girly! And we are proud to be your mummy and daddy!

Six Months Exclusively Breastfeeding! 🤱🏼
Well baby girl, we made it - only 1% of babies in the UK are exclusively breastfed to 6 months - and we have made it there! 💕
It’s been an incredible journey, and although we’ve been quite lucky that we’ve never had issues with the actual feeding, of course there have been bumps in the road; with pumps, blebs, and even a festive Christmas milk blister (0/10 do not recommend!) to contend with - but we’ve made it to 6 months of you being solely fed by my body (and a daily bottle of boob-milk from daddy too!) 🍼
I’m so so proud to have made it to this point - and although our boobing journey is far from over, I wanted to mark today as a bit of a moment - today marks 6 months of breastfeeding exclusively, and the day we start the fun that is solids!!! Eek! 🍠🥦
As of today, although you will still be boobing loads, you will also start exploring the world of sweet potato and broccoli, and making a big mess with it all - and I’m so excited for it! 🥰
Mixed emotions that it’s the next step in our breastfeeding journey, as I’ve truly loved breastfeeding up until now, but looking forward to starting this new step with our little boob-monster!! 🤱🏼
Also, a huge thank you to @matt.griff90 for supporting me so much with this feeding journey so far - in the moments it’s been tough he has been my rock and support all the way! we are the best team! 🥰

FIVE MONTHS • 💕 Can’t believe our little Ev

FIVE MONTHS • 💕
Can’t believe our little Evie pea is 5 months old already!
This month has seen her find her voice more; she now enjoys lots of chatting (including the odd chat at 5am which mummy just loves!) and the newest addition of roaring like a lion! 🦁
We are getting some more giggles now, and she’s much more confident in using her hands to grab onto things too!
She’s had a really lovely first Christmas and has been spoilt rotten! 🎁
She met Father Christmas, went to the Birmingham Christmas market with her little friends Charlie and Reuben, and managed to see loads of family too! 🥰
She’s getting closer to sitting up by herself each day, and she’s finding her feet too!
Can’t believe how magical her smile is - makes every day brighter! We love you Evie pea! 🥰

It feels like my pregnancy flew by so so fast, but here we are! Our perfect baby girl made her way into the world nearly 3 weeks early, and after spending 12 weeks of the most intoxicating cuddles, I'm ready to get back on the internet and sharing my new life as a mummy!

I am so excited to share this one with you guys; definitely a labour of love - this is part one of our nursery transformation! Our third bedroom has been Matt's office for the last 18 months and now it has been transformed from a plain white box (literally as it was when we moved into our new build house in September 2020) into the perfect nursery for our baby girl!
Tune in next week for Part Two including the building of all our nursery furniture, putting up the new curtain pole and some shelves, and adding the STUNNING decals to finish off the room - as well as the big reveal!
